摘要
检察机关在管理工作中推行以人为本的管理模式,应立足于建立蕴含先进管理理念、注重人性、符合实际的管理制度,在充分尊重每一个检察人员主体地位与价值的基础上,满足其多维发展的需要,通过调动个体的积极性、主动性和创造性,把制度建设与科学信息技术、精细化管理有机融合,实现检察工作和检察人员的共同发展。
Procuratorate administration should advocate the management concept of human orientation to establish a system that emphasizes advanced management approaches, respects human nature and facts. The system should respect the subjective position and values of individual procuratorial personnel and their needs of development, motivate individual dedication, pro-activity and creativity, integrate system construction and scientific information and refined management, with the aim of forwarding work efficiency and individual developments.
