摘要
元认知策略的使用在很大程度上决定了英语学习者的学习能否成功。通过元认知策略培训提高学生英语自主学习能力的实证研究表明,在经过了为期一学期的融入式显性元认知策略培训后,学习者的自主学习能力有明显的提高,英语成绩也得到相应的提高。元认知策略培训在大学英语教学及自主学习中具有可行性和有效性。
Meta-cognition strategies determine to a great extent how successful a language learner can be. The empirical research on training of autodidactic study meta-cognition strategy of college English indicates that after integrated explicit meta-cognition training for one semester students improve autodidactic study competence significantly, resulting in higher grades. Meta-cognition training is feasible and prolific for both the teaching and autodidactic study of college English
