With the fast development of computer and Intemet technology, the Ministry of Education of application-oriented personnel training requirements and as the standard language of computer and the IT industry, computer specialized English is attached with accelerated importance. The upgrading of teaching effectiveness of computer specialized English involves the following aspects ： updating the understanding of how important computer specialized English is ; construction of competent faculty; pedagogic reform on the basis of specialty characteristics ; excellent choice of textbook; emphasis on human oriented pedagogic concepts, teaching approaches in accordance with students＇ capacities and emphasis on optimizing students＇ expertise potential.
