摘要
采用预辐照接枝法 ,在真丝织物上接枝 N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺改善真丝的抗皱性。结果表明 ,接枝反应必须在氮气保护下进行 ,否则织物严重泛黄。接枝率随辐照剂量的加大而提高 ,但剂量太高时 ,织物也会发黄。此外还研究了单体浓度、反应温度、添加剂等因素对接枝率的影响。
Grafting N,N′-methylene-bis-acrylamide on silk fabrics by pre-radiation method, crease resistance of fabrics was improved. The results showed that grafting reaction must be operated in nitrogen, otherwise the fabric will be yellowed. With the increment of radiation dose, grafting rate was upgraded, but too much high dose will cause fabric yellowed. Effects of factors on grafting rate were investigated, such as monomers concentration, reaction temperature, additives and so on.
