摘要
在弱酸性染浴中测试了 C.I.分散红 6 0及其改良品种 (C.I.分散红 12 7、146及 191)对涤纶织物的染色性能。结果表明 :C.I.分散红 12 7、146的提升力优于 C.I.分散红 6 0 ,C.I.分散红 191的提升力较差。 C.I.分散红 6 0、12 7、146与 191的耐晒牢度分别为 5~ 6、7~ 8、6~ 7、7~ 8级 ;耐升华牢度分别为 2~ 3、4、3、4~ 5级。文章分析了提升力、耐升华牢度与染料的结构和分子量的关系。
Dyeing behaviors of C.I. disperse red 60 and its improved varieties (C.I.disperse red 127,146 and 191) on polyester fabrics were tested in weak acid dye bath. The results showed that build up of disperse red 127 and 146 were better than that of disperse red 60, while disperse red 191 was relatively poor. Color fastness to sunlight of C.I.disperse red 60,127,145 and 191 was 5~6,7~8,6~7 and 7~8 grade respectively, color fastness to sublimation was 2~3,4,3,4~5 grade.
