核电站建造阶段现场签证及零星委托管理方式研究

核电建设项目的工程现场签证、零星委托作为建设工程全过程造价管理的主要组成部分对核电站建造阶段总承包管理单位或业主的工程管理及投资控制具有重要意义。由于核电建设项目的特殊性往往导致现场签证及零星委托比一般建设项目多，管理难度大。本文从工程实际出发，探讨工程现场签证、零星委托的有效管理方法，并结合相关实证进行了研究分析，对解决我国目前核电站建设项目的现场签证及零星委托的管理具有一定的借鉴意义和实用价值。

During the nuclear power station construction period, as main component of the whole process cost management for construction project, the project site visa and sporadic commission are of great significance for General contract management company or the owners＇ project management and investment control. Due to the particularity of nuclear power construction projects, there are more project site visa and sporadic commission and the project site visa and sporadic commission are harder to be managed than the general construction projects. This paper from the view of engineering practice, explores the effective management method of the construction site visa and sporadic commission and does some research and analysis with the related example. All these are of referential significance and practical value for solving the current project site visa and sporadic commission management in nuclear power plant construction of china.
