Take advantage of on-line detection and control technology, the converted fabrics and main parameters on dyeing machines were monitored and detected, and multi-parameter control aiming at certain process or apparatus was conducted. Therefore, right-first-time and just-in-time production were reached, competitiveness of product was promoted.
