分析意大利 Sperotto Rimar预缩机预缩率数字显示仪的电路结构。该显示仪系采用光电传感装置 ,通过对预缩机前后进出织物长度的测量 ,将长度信号转换为电信号 ,由数学集成电路对信号进行处理 ,最终以数字的形式显示预缩率。文章对仪器的故障进行了分析研究 ,并加以修复 。

Digital display instrument showing preshrinking rate on Sperotto Rimar Preshrinking Machine from Italy was introduced. Using photo electric sensing device, fabric length passing in and out the preshrinking machine was measured. Then length signal was transformed into electrical signal and the signal was treated by digital integrated circuit. Finally, preshrinking rate was showed in digital form.With this digital display instrument, direct display and simple operation and convenient parameter adjustment were available.
