二甲苯加热炉对流段1根遮蔽管发生泄漏着火。对该炉管进行全面检测和分析,判断出其失效原因是炉管存在原层烟灰沉积物,在炉子停工期间吹灰器蒸汽管滴水,造成管外壁发生垢下腐蚀。
Leakage occurred in a shield tube in the convection section of xylene furnace and caused fire accident.A comprehensive monitoring and analysis on this tube was carried out.And it was determined that the failure was caused by flue gas fouling sediment.During the shutdown period of the furnace,steam dripping in the soot blower resulted in the corrosion under scale on the external wall of the tube.
