摘要 介绍了某高含硫天然气气田开发项目中地面集输系统管道使用的L360MCS抗硫碳钢,分析了其焊接性;介绍了焊接接头的硬度试验和耐腐蚀试验,分析了焊接接头产生氢鼓泡的原因。介绍了L360MCS抗硫碳钢管道的焊接施工以及施工中采取的特殊工艺措施。管道自2009年10月12日投用后,所有焊口运行平稳,经受住了实际工况的考验,达到了预期目标。 This article introduces L360MCS sulfur resistance carbon steel used for the pipeline of the surface gathering system in certain high sulfur containing natural gas field development project and analyzes its weldability.It also introduces the hardness test and corrosion resistance test of the welding joints and analyzes the reasons for hydrogen blistering in welding joints.The article introduces the welding of L360MCS sulfur resistance carbon steel pipeline and special technological measures adopted during welding.Since the pipeline was put into operation on October 12,2009,all welded junctions have run steadily and they have withstood the test in real working conditions and achieved expected targets.
