This article introduces L360MCS sulfur resistance carbon steel used for the pipeline of the surface gathering system in certain high sulfur containing natural gas field development project and analyzes its weldability.It also introduces the hardness test and corrosion resistance test of the welding joints and analyzes the reasons for hydrogen blistering in welding joints.The article introduces the welding of L360MCS sulfur resistance carbon steel pipeline and special technological measures adopted during welding.Since the pipeline was put into operation on October 12,2009,all welded junctions have run steadily and they have withstood the test in real working conditions and achieved expected targets.
