中国二线城市白领女性休闲现状研究——以泉州市为例

Research on leisure present situation of female white-collars in second tier cities——A case study of Quanzhou

随着国民经济的高速发展,我国二线城市中白领女性的队伍不断壮大。在众多的一线城市中,休闲是白领女性日常生活的重要组成部分,但是二线城市白领女性的休闲生活质量普遍偏低。本研究选取泉州作为中国二线城市的代表,采用问卷调查结合深度访谈的方法调查了泉州市白领女性的休闲现状,将调查数据通过SPSS13.0进行频率分析和相关性分析,得出了二线城市白领女性休闲行为的基本特征和规律。在此基础上,向休闲活动提供商、政府和社会,以及白领女性供职单位三方提出了建议,以期通过三方面的共同努力来提升中国二线城市白领女性的休闲生活质量。

With the rapid development of the national economy,the team of female white-collars in Chinese second tier cities grows bigger and bigger.Among Chinese first tier cities,leisure is an important part of female white-collars＇ life while among Chinese second tier cities,the general life quality of it is low.This study,takes Quanzhou as an example of Chinese second tier city,investigates the leisure present situation of female white-collars in Quanzhou through survey and in-depth interview.According to the results of frequency analysis and correlation analysis of collected data by SPSS 13.0,it summarizes the basic leisure behaviors and rules of female white-collars in Chinese second tier cities.On the basis of it,this study proposes some suggestions for government,supplier of leisure activities and companies where white-collars female works for with the hope that through their common efforts,the quality of female white-collars＇ leisure life in Chinese second tier cities can get improved.
