煤粉燃烧在沥青混合料搅拌设备上的应用

摘要 本文在煤粉的制备、煤粉燃烧的影响因素、煤粉细度、预燃室的结构和形状、旋流强度等方面进行分析探讨,初步叙述煤粉燃烧的机理,并介绍交通部公路科学研究所开发研制的适合于10~30t/h沥青混合料搅拌机的 MR-300型煤粉燃烧装置的特点,该装置中煤粉喷燃器已获得国家实用新型专利。 The features of combustion equipment of fine coal are descri- bed in this paper.The factors which influence the combustion of fine coal, including fineness of fine coal,structure and shape of the precombustion chamber and vorticity,etc.are analyzed and discussed,the paper presents the combustion mechanism of fine coal and the features of MR-300 Fine Coal Com- bustion Equipment,which is developed by the Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications and can be applied to the 10~30 t/h asphalt mixing plant.The fine coal burner in the plant has got a national application patent.
