摘要
非营利组织不以营利为目的,但并不代表组织不需要效率。本文是对S社会工作服务机构的个案研究,主要考察了该机构进行组织绩效管理的制度安排和员工应对绩效管理的方式和想法,以期寻求社会服务组织中较好的绩效管理方式。在调查研究的基础上,总结了社会服务组织进行绩效管理中应该避免的问题和值得肯定的经验。
The Non-profit organization does not take profit as a goal,but it does not mean that the organization does not need the efficiency.This Research took the S social work service agency as a case,mainly inspected the institutional arrangements of the organization's performance management,and the way which the staff deals with the institutional arrangements,sought a good performance mode of administration in the social service organization.Based on the investigation research,the author summarized the affirmative experience and the problem should be avoided in the performance management.
