从民政工作与社会工作的区别与联系入手,对民政工作与社会工作的区别与联系进行了论述。然后依据我国国情以及民政工作与社会工作的发展情况,提出当前应把我国的社会工作建设成为我国民政部门的一个重要组成部分。这样既符合我国的现实条件,又具有一定的可行性,使双方的发展能起到优势互补、相互促进的作用。

Begining with the relationship between social work and civil administration,this article tells the differences and connection.Then,based on our current situation and social work development,social work in China should be built into China's civil affairs department's important part.This is consistent with China's actual conditions,but also feasible to some extent,the development of both sides can play a complementary,mutually reinforcing role.
