An Analysis of the Influence of Government Action on Logistic Business Strategy

通过逻辑演绎,给出企业战略受政府行为影响的3个假设,在此基础上,应用内容分析法对30家物流企业的资料进行结构化分析,得到定量数据,从而验证了10种政府行为指标对企业战略的影响效应。研究认为:政府行为对物流企业的影响具有必然性;政府行为对物流企业战略的积极影响多于消极影响,直接影响多于间接影响。指出物流企业在战略管理过程中应该分析政府行为对企业战略的不同影响,适时调整企业战略,最大限度地利用政府提供的资源。

This paper is about the influence of Government action on the logistic business strategy. Combining the government behavior theory and enterprise strategic theory, This paper put forward three hypotheses through logical deduction of the influence on business strategy by government action. It goes on with a structural analysis of 30 logistic enterprises using a content analysis, and the quantitative data acquired show the effect of 10 government action index on corporate strategy. The paper brings forward that logistic is inevitably influenced by government action, and that government action has greater positive than impact, and more direct than indirect impact on logistic business strategy. In making strategic decision, business should find out impacts of government action on corporate strategy and adjust their business accordingly in order to maximize the benefit of resources from the Government. business negative logistics strategy
