论管理中的逆向思维与正题反做

摘要 逆向思维也称反向思维,即从相反的角度、路径,或者使用非常规的方法来思考问题。正题反做是围绕问题的解决,从相反的方面找到解决问题的办法。逆向思维与正题反做需从三个方面入手,一是"倒着想,顺着做";二是"顺着想,反着做";三是"反常想,正常做"。逆向思维和正题反做常能出奇制胜,但没有普适性,要分清对象与场合以及事件的性质,不可滥用。 Reverse thinking is thinking about problems from the opposite point of view and path or using non-conventional approach in thinking. Anti-solution is finding solutions to problems from the opposite side. Three aspects are needed in reverse thinking and anti-sohition, that is, "thinking reversely and solving problems obversely", "thinking obversely and solving problems reversely" as well as "thinking differently and solving problems normally". Reverse thinking and anti-solution may solve problems in a surprising way, but can not be universally applied, which should be used according to the specific object, occasion and the nature of the event and not abused.
