摘要
嗜碱性粒细胞是外周循环中比例最少的一类粒细胞,早期研究认为其是蠕虫感染应答和过敏性炎症的主要效应细胞。近年来,大量研究证明嗜碱性粒细胞密切参与Th2细胞免疫应答生成,主要通过分泌IL-4,作为抗原提呈细胞以及与树突状细胞协同作用三种方式参与调节Th2细胞免疫应答。在不同类型抗原引起的TH2细胞免疫应答中,嗜碱性粒细胞发挥的作用也不尽相同。
Basophils are rare circulating granulocytes. They have been considered as the main effector cells in response to parasite infection and allergic inflammation. Recently, accumulating evidence has demonstrated that basophils play an important role in regulating Th2 immune response by secreting IL-4, functioning as the antigen-presenting cell and cooperating with DCs. However, the specific mechanism of basophils in regulating Th2 immune response varies in different Th2 mediated mouse model induced by different antigens.
