分析了PQ^2图的基本原理，通过运用PQ^2图理论对大型压铸件的浇注系统进行设计验证，并详细介绍TPQ^2图的绘制方法及其在实际浇注系统中的应用。关键词：尸Q^2图；压铸工艺；
The principle of pQ^2curve was analyzed. The design of gating system for large die castings was verified by using of the pQ^2 curve theory, and the drawing method and application in actual gating system ofPQ^2 curve were presented comprehensively.
