以某汽车前车门内板拉延凸模为例,介绍了WorkNC软件的Nc程序设计方案,以及在“人职守”自动化加工中的技术优势和发挥的作用。指出WorkNC作为一款高端的cAM软件,一定程度上优化了数控加工工艺,提高了加工效率和加工安全性,并使加工精度大大提升,同时它的残料毛坯计算及防碰撞功能,为自动加工的实现提供了保障。
The NC programming process based on WorkNC, the technical advantage and effects in unattended automatic processing of CAM were introduced by the drawing punch of a vehicle door panel. As a highend CAM software, WorkNC could optimize the NC process to a certain extent, improve the efficiency and security, upgrade the precision of processing greatly. At the same time, the functions of stock configuration and toolbar crashchecking provide a guarantee for the realization of automatic processing.
