摘要
目的:选用荷瘤小鼠作为研究对象,观察大黄虫丸对肿瘤细胞的抑瘤和诱导凋亡作用,旨在探讨大黄虫丸抗肿瘤效应机制,为其临床应用和创制新药提供理论依据。方法:建立小鼠克洛氏(S180)肉瘤动物模型,以大黄虫丸方82g/kg剂量连续灌胃10天,同时设模型对照组、正常组和西药(环磷酰胺)对照组,取治疗组、对照组及模型组实体瘤分别涂片观察肿瘤细胞中Survinvin的表达。结果:与模型对照组及西药(环磷酰胺)对照组比较,大黄虫丸治疗组肿瘤组织中Survinvin的表达明显降低。结论:大黄虫丸能够调低肿瘤细胞中Survinvin的表达,诱导肿瘤的凋亡。
Obejective : Using tumor - bearing mice as targets, we investigate the inhibitory and apoptosis - inducing effects on tumor cell of Dahuang Zhechong Pill to study its anti - tumor effect mechanism, and to provide theoretical basis for its clinical and pharmaceutical applications. Methods:After building a mice bearing S180 sarcoma model, we carry out oral tests in mice in an 82g/kg dose for 10 days. A model control group and a cyclophosphamide control group have also been built. The survinvin expressions in cancer cells for all groups have been observed by smear tests of tumors. Results : Dahuang Zhechong Pill group has much more significant inhibitory effect on survinvin expression compared with the model control group as well as cyclophosphamide control group. Conclusion:Dahuang Zhechong Pill can inhibit the survinvin expression in cancer cell and induce tumor apoptosis.
