摘要
从有害元素含量的角度评价僵蚕商品药材使用的安全性。采用微波消解、ICP-MS法测定10批僵蚕商品药材中铅、汞、砷、镉、铜5种有害元素含量。结果10批僵蚕商品药材中5种有害元素的含量,均符合2010版《中华人民共和国药典》对有害元素的限量要求。表明僵蚕商品药材具有一定的安全性。
To evaluate the safety of Bombyx Batryficatus by the contents of harmful elements. The contents of 5 harmful elements （Cu, Hg, Pb, As, Cd） were determined by microwave sample digestion and ICPMS. Those in 10 Bombyx Batryticatus all meet the requirements of ChP2010. It shows that Bombyx Batryticatus is safety to some extent.
