论公路运输发展的阶段性和公路网的双重作用

On the Development of Road Transport by Stages and the Dual Functions of Road Network

本文论述了公路运输发展的两个阶段及其量化标志,和公路网的两种作用;分析了我国公路运输发展的态势,及其几个转折点的特征;对三个有争议的问题提出了笔者的看法。

This paper discusses two stages of road transport development and their quantitative indicators, as well as dual functions of road network. The development of road transport in China and the characteristics of several turning points in the development are analysed. The author presents her viewpoints on three controversial issues.
