摘要
轻钢结构厂房在遇到极端天气情况如台风、雪灾时,遭受的破坏往往比较严重。为此,很多企业会购买FM保险,以降低企业的风险和财产的损失。本文首先介绍了FM技术标准产生的背景和概念;然后详细阐述了FM标准中风荷载和雪荷载的取值与中国规范的异同处;最后通过一个工程实例说明FM荷载计算的应用和注意事项。
The light-weight steel structure workshop often suffers serious damage when encountering the extreme weather conditions such as typhoon and snow.For this reason,many enterprises will buy FM insurance in order to reduce the risk of enterprise and property loss.In this paper,the background of FM technical standard and concept were firstly introduced,then the similarities and differences of wind load and snow load in FM Standard and Chinese Codes were described,and finally the application and precautions in FM load calculation were explained with a project example.
