摘要
教师的"他者"意识,主要表现为作为教学实践主体的教师对学生的相异性、外在性的尊重和理解,并以此促进学生自由个性化的发展。唤醒和提升教师的"他者"意识使教师道德主体的建构、学生自由个性化发展以及关切型师生关系的构建成为可能。教师"他者"意识的生成和提升至少应考虑如下方面:省思自我强权意识的危机、审视学生"他者"性的价值、体认"相遇"伦理学的意蕴、强调与"他者"交往的实践。
"The Other" consciousness of teachers is mainly shown that teachers as teaching subject respect and understand the dissimilarity and externality of students so as to promote free and personality development of students.Awaking and promoting "the Other" consciousness of teachers will make the construction of teachers' morality subject,students' free and personality development and the construction of the relationship which is characterized by caring between teachers and students possible.The following aspects should be considered including reflection on the crisis of self power consciousness,examination on the value of dissimilarity and externality of students,identification with implication of the "encounter" ethics and emphasis on communication practice with students in order to promote "the Other" consciousness of teachers.
