无肝素冠脉造影术后桡动脉止血效果及舒适度的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨缩短无肝素化冠脉造影术压迫止血时间和提高术后舒适度的可行性。方法选择单纯经桡动脉行冠脉造影的患者179例,分为无肝素组92例和肝素组87例,观察两组病人术后止血效果及压迫止血的并发症。结果压迫止血时间:无肝素组(8.37±2.48)min,肝素组(12.26±3.56)min,肝素组压迫时间要比无肝素组长(P<0.001),差异有显著意义。肝素组血肿并发症与无肝素组相比有增多趋势,差异无显著意义。结论无肝素冠脉造影缩短了术后压迫止血时间,伤口并发症少,提高了患者术后的舒适度。
