摘要
土地要素是城乡发展的基础要素和其他城乡各类要素配置的载体。城乡土地要素的流转及其市场化是城乡统筹发展的关键。文章分析了现行城乡土地流转制度及其存在的问题,并提出了创新城乡土地流转的对策和建议。
Land elements are the basic elements of rural and urban development and the carrier of other kinds of elements configuration.Urban and rural land circulation and marketization were the key of the development of urban and rural areas.Urban and rural land circulation system and problems were studied,countermeasures and suggestions of innovation of urban and rural land circulation were put forward.
