黑龙江省绥化市农村家庭能源消费分析

Rural Household Energy Consumption in Suihua City of Heilongjiang Province

通过调查问卷的方法对绥化市农村家庭能源消费现状进行了实地调查,在所调查的用户中,能源消费所占比例居前4位的分别为秸秆、电力、煤炭和薪柴。提出了农村家庭能源消费中存在能源利用效率低、能源服务体系滞后等主要问题及加大政府支持力度、努力提高农村居民收入、开发秸秆能源利用技术等促进农村家庭能源消费合理发展的对策。

A comprehensive household energy survey by means of questionnaire is carried out in Suihua city.Among the household investigated,the proportion of energy consumption are among the top four is straw,electricity,coal and firewood.The main problems of the rural household energy consumption are the low efficiency of energy use and the lag of energy service system.The countermeasure of promoting the reasonable development of rural household energy consumption was proposed,such as enhancing government support,endeavoring to improve the income of rural residents and developing the technologies of straw energy use.
