从三泻心汤谈仲景重视调理脾胃气机的思想

Discussion on Zhang Zhongjing's Emphasis on Spleen-Stomach Qi from Three Xiexin Decoction

在《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》著作中,张仲景将《内经》脾胃气机升降理论创造性地应用于临床实践,对后世脾胃气机升降理论的形成与发展奠定了重要的基础。笔者通过分析张仲景的三泻心汤,运用其辛开苦降法治疗脾胃病,体现了张仲景重视脾胃气机升降的学术思想,将其治法特点运用于临床,皆取得了满意的疗效。

In the book of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Zhang Zhongjing creatively applied the ascending and descending of spleen-stomach qi theory in the clinical practice.It had laid an important foundation for the formation and development of ascending and descending of spleen-stomach qi theory.Through the analysis of Zhang Zhongjing＇s three Xiexin decoction,the acrid medicinals open and bitter medicinals promote descent method has been used in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.It also shows the academic thought of Zhang Zhongjing＇s emphasis on ascending and descending of spleen-stomach qi theory.The clinical application of this thought has achieved satisfactory curative effect.
