摘要
锅炉运行中,经常出现排烟温度大大高于设计值。排烟温度升高,排烟损失增大,从而导致锅炉效率降低,煤耗升高,经济效益下降,本文通过理论分析,并结合现场经验,对引起排烟温度升高的原因从环境、设计、设备、管理等不同的角度进行了分析、归纳,针对不同的起因,提出了相应的措施和建议。
Boiler flue gas temperature,often substantially higher than design value.Smoke temperature,smoke loss increases,which leads to the efficiency of the boiler is reduced,energy consumption increases,economic benefits drops,through theoretical analysis,and the combination of field experience,to the cause of higher exhaust temperature of the reasons from the environment,design,equipment,management and other different angle to undertake an analysis,Baconian,for different reasons,put forward corresponding measures and suggestions.
