高校高水平运动队学生作为高校学生中的一个特殊群体,在人文素质方面与高校普通大学生相比,高水平运动队学生明显存在劣势与不足。文章通过对人文教育的实质以及影响普通高校高水平运动员的人文素质的因素进行分析,并提出解决途径,旨在为我国体育教育领域这一特殊群体的发展,促进我国竞技体育人才进一步社会化提供理论参考。

As a special group,high-level college athletes in Chinese universities are inferior to common college students in humanistic quality.Through the analysis of the essence of humanistic quality and factors which affect humanistic quality of high-level college athletes,this article talks about the way to solve the problem,for the purpose of developing this special group and giving theoretical references to further socialization of Chinese athletic talents.
