摘要
文章分析了出现水污染问题的原因及后果,并从污染源头的治理及废水的利用两个大方面,提出了有效的污水防治措施。
The article illustrates the problems of water pollution causes and consequences,and from the pollution source control and the utilization of waste water in two aspects,and puts forward effective measures for prevention and control of sewage.
