儿童剧烈蛙跳致肌红蛋白尿1例

摘要 目的对儿童剧烈蛙跳与肌红蛋白尿之间的相关性进行了分析,并且对儿童肌红蛋白尿的治疗进行了临床的分析;方法对一例在我院进行治疗的患儿进行了诊断;结果血液及其他的诊断均显示本病患儿为剧烈蛙跳运动后引起,其发病机制可能因全身肌肉剧烈运动后肌细胞缺氧受损、能量不足所致,本例入院后予迅速补液、碱化尿液等治疗,有效防止了急性肾衰竭的发生。结论中学生正处于肌肉骨骼发育时期,体育训练应循序渐进,避免短期内剧烈过量运动,若运动后出现尿色改变等不适,应及时就医,早诊断早治疗。 Objective This paper is to perform an analysis of the correlation of violent leapfrog and myoglobinuria in children and to conduct a clinical analysis of the treatment for myoglobinuria. Method A child receiving treatment in our hospital was diagnosed. Results All the blood indexes and other diagnosis showed that the child suffered myoglobinuria due to violent leapfrog, and the pathogenesis might be caused by cellular hypoxia and insuflicient energy after strenuous exercise of generalized muscle. The child had been treated with fluid infusion, urine alkalization and etc, effectively avoiding the acute renal failure. Conclusions High school students are in muscle and skeleton growth phase, so the physical training should be conducted step by step and severe excessive movements should be avoided. If the student presents discomforts like urine color change, see the doctor as early as possible for early diagnosis and treatment.
