中西医结合治疗中后期神经性耳聋50例疗效观察

Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of nerve deafness curative effect observation of 50 cases

目的：观察中西医结合治疗中后期神经性耳聋的临床效果。方法：选择中后期神经性耳聋100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组50例采用中药自拟补肾活血汤联合弥可保治疗，对照组50例单纯采用弥可保治疗。对比观察患者治疗前后的纯音测听分贝平均数，两组的临床效果。结果：观察组的纯音测听效果优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）；临床治疗效果观察组优于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性（p〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗中后期神经l生耳聋，疗效肯定，无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the clinical effect of nerve deafness. Methods： 100 cases of nerve deafness, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in observation group were using self-made traditional Chinese medicine Bushenhuoxue decoction combined with Methycobal in treatment, 50 cases in the control group treated by simple use. Contrast observation of patients with pure tone audiometry DB average, two groups of clinical effect. Resuhs： the observation group pure-tone audiometry is better than the control group, there was significant differenee between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）; clinical observation of treatment group Was superior to the control group, two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of nerve deafness, definite curative effect, no adverse reaction, it is worthy of clinical application.
