摘要 可钻泵送桥塞是非常规油气资源水平井分段完井的关键工具。通过调研国内外页岩气完井及桥塞技术现状,研究了由2组锚定机构、多级肩保的楔形胶筒、外置式自锁机构以及啮合型防转机构等组成的可钻泵送桥塞。分析了配套工具和试验装置,并进行了系统的室内试验和关键技术的重点测试。试验和测试结果表明,桥塞设计结构合理、密封可靠、指标性能高,可以满足页岩气分段压裂完井的需求。最后建议在后期提高材料综合性能的基础上,桥塞及其配套工艺有待通过现场试验完善。 The drillable pumping bridge plug is the key tool for the piecewise completion of unconventional oil- gas resource horizontal wells. A kind of bridge plug was developed studying the current situation of domestic and for- eign shale gas well completion and bridge plug technology. The bridge plug consists of two groups of anchor mecha- nism, cuneiform packer rubber of multi-stage shoulder protection, external self-locking mechanism, and meshing anti-rotary mechanism. The matching tools and the test device were analyzed and the systematic laboratory test and the major testing of the key technology were carried out. The testing results show that the designed bridge plug is reasonable in structure, reliable in sealing, and high in indexes and properties. It can satisfy the requirement of piecewise fracture completion of shale gas. Finally, it is suggested that the bridge plug and the matching technology should be improved through field test on the basis of improving the comprehensive performance of the material in the later stage.
