摘要 针对现有钻柱控制的裸眼井多层测试作业中不能进行分层多次取样和裸眼酸化-测试联作作业的问题,对钻柱裸眼测试技术进行研究和技术创新,提出了裸眼分层测试和裸眼酸化-测试联作技术,并对其相应的井下工具进行设计。设计的井下封隔器的锁定、坐封和解封等机构动作协调可靠,分层多次取样器能连续取到3层地层流体样品;分层测试井下多次取样器动作准确可靠,全通径测试阀可以减小流体流过时的摩阻,阀的开关动作平稳可靠,并能实现对多次取样器的控制;裸眼水力锚的伸缩动作自如,并能在必要的时候进行丢手。 The stratified multiple sampling and combined open hole acidizing and testing currently cannot be con- ducted in drilling string open hole testing operation. Considering the problem, the technology of open hole stratified testing and combined open hole acidizing and testing was introduced conducting a study and technological innovation of the drilling string open hole testing technology. The corresponding downhole tools were designed. The locking, set- ting and unsetting mechanisms of the downhole packer designed perform a coordinated and reliable operation. The stratified multiple sampler can continuously obtain fluid samples of three formations. The movement of the sampler is precise and reliable. The full bore testing valve can reduce the friction produced by flowing fluid. The switching movements of the valve are smooth and reliable and the control of the sampler can be achieved. The retractable movement of the open hole hydraulic anchor is free and natural and releasing can be conducted if necessary.
