摘要
对大多数的石油井架来说,一般都只采用等效静力计算方法来验证或指导井架使用。通过预应力模态分析、谐响应分析,对HJJ31547海洋钻机井架进行了风动力学计算,计算结果表明,HJJ31547海洋钻机井架没有全包覆式防风墙,也不存在大跨屋盖结构,其低阶固有频率超过2.00 Hz,井架不属于风敏感结构;海洋钻机旋转设备的振动不会引起井架共振;当暴风作用频率接近4.30 Hz时,可能对井架产生共振破坏。该项研究可有效指导井架的设计和现场应用。
As far as most rig derricks are concerned, the equivalent static calculation method is generally a- dopted to verify or guide the use of derricks. A wind dynamic calculation of Model HJJ31547 offshore drilling der- rick was carried out through prestressed modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. The calculation shows that, ( 1 ) the derrick is not a structure sensitive to the wind ; (2) the vibration of rotary equipment on the rig may not cause the resonance of the derrick ; (3) the resonance on the derrick may appear when the acting frequency of the windstorm is close to 4. 3 Hz.
