摘要
为满足海上油田水平井及大斜度定向井防砂完井需求,研制了水平井防砂完井物模试验装置。该装置是根据海上油田的钻完井井筒尺寸、射孔方式以及主要完井类型等进行设计的,主要由模拟井筒、加砂混砂、泵注、沉砂过滤、数据及视频采集分析、远程控制及升降支架辅助等系统组成,可针对海上不同的油藏类型和特点,优选出水平井(定向井)防砂完井方式。采用该试验装置开展了水平井砾石充填过程中排量、砂比、携砂能力和漏失量等参数优化的试验研究。试验结果表明,该装置可以提高海上水平井防砂完井成功率,延长防砂完井有效期,最大限度地满足海上少井高产、长期稳产的需求。
To satisfy the sand control completion requirement in horizontal wells and high-angle directional wells of offshore oilfields, the physical model test device for sand control completion in horizontal wells was devel- oped. The device was designed according to the dimensions of the drilling and completion borehole, perforation way and types of major well completion of offshore oilfields. It mainly consists of systems of simulation borehole, sand adding and mixing, pump injection, setting sand filtration, data and video collection and analysis, remote control and lift bracket assistance. The sand control completion style of horizontal (directional) well can be optimized ac- cording to different types and characteristics of offshore oilfields. An experimental study with the device was conduc- ted to deal with the displacement, sand ratio, sand-carrying capacity and leakage in the process of gravel packing in horizontal wells. The experimental findings show that the device can improve the success rate of sand control com- pletion in offshore horizontal wells, lengthen the period of validity of sand control completion, and satisfy maximal- ly the requirement of high output and long-term stability in a limited number of offshore wells.
