系统性红斑狼疮糖皮质激素抵抗的研究 被引量:3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种典型的自身免疫性炎症性结缔组织疾病,临床上可表现为多系统、多脏器受累。文中从GC及糖皮质激素受体(GR)作用途径,SLE耐药受体前机制、受体水平机制及受体后机制的研究阐述系统性红斑狼疮糖皮质激素抵抗的原因。
