摘要
目的观察华蟾素注射液局部注射加针灸围刺治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将确诊为眼睑带状疱疹的患者(50例),用75%乙醇消毒病灶,用1寸的针灸针,针尖向病灶中心围刺,针尖距病灶皮肤边缘约3mm,体针取合谷穴,留针15 min,取针后,在眼睑、颜面、发际,取3个病变严重部位,注射华蟾素各1 ml,每日1次,5次为1个疗程结果 50例患者的皮肤疱疹均在用药后2～7 d消失,10 d皮肤恢复正常。结论华蟾素注射液局部注射加针灸围刺治疗眼睑带状疱疹疗效确切,值得在临床上推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Chinese-toad-liquid injection with acupuncture around lesions for the treatment of herpes zoster.METHODS For the eyelid herpes zoster patients（50 patients）,disinfected locally with 75% ethanol,using a 1-inch acupuncture needle,needling around the lesion center,within the edge of lesion skin about 3 mm,and needling Hoku for 15 minutes.After removing needles,on the eyelids,face,hair line,on 3 most serious lesions,injected Chinese-toad-liquid 1ml each,once per day,5 times for a treatment.RESULTS Lesions of 50 patients disappeared after 2~7 days treatment,and skin recovered in 10 days.CONCLUSIONS The treatment of herpes zoster using Chinese-toad-liquid injection with acupuncture around lesions was really effective,and worth broad clinical application.
