摘要
目的探究丝裂霉素C治疗眼部手术后结膜植入性囊肿的治疗效果。方法对28例眼部手术后发生的球结膜植入性囊肿,采取囊肿一侧边缘切口放液,而后用0.02%丝裂霉素C擦拭囊壁治疗。结果随访3个月~2年,28例患者全部治愈。结论丝裂霉素C治疗结膜植入性囊肿简单有效,适合临床使用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Mitomycin C in treating implantation cyst of conjunctiva after operation.METHODS Twenty-eight cases of implantation cyst of conjunctiva were given drainage through marginal incision and cleaned with 0.02% Mitomycin C.RESULTS Followed up for 3 months to 2 years,28 cases were all cured.CONCLUSIONS Mitomycin C is a simple and efficient application in curing implantation cyst of conjunctiva.
