摘要
本文论述感光材料分辨率测定系统分辨率测定极限问题 ,分析了影响测定仪分辨率的因素 ,为进一步提高测定系统的分辨率奠定了理论基础。它使得系统照明、分辨率标板、光学成像系统形成最佳匹配。
This paper explains the resloving powet limitation of the photographic material resolving power testing system.The factors of influence on resolving power of the system are analyzed.It provides a theoretical foundation for further improving the intrinsic resolving power of the testing system.It makes the illumination,test charts and optical system to be the best matching in the configuration.
