基于CX20106的红外遥控调速器设计

Design of Infrared Remote-control Speed Governor based on CX20106

红外线红外线遥控器包括红外线发射机与红外线接收机。这里设计的红外接收机部分采用电视已有的遥控器作为发射机来控制,并能实现9档数显调速。首先简要介绍了红外技术的基本知识,然后介绍了红外线预放器CX20106的结构并分析其实现对红外线信号进行遥控接收和信号分析及处理的工作原理;接着介绍了红外遥控接收机的电路结构并分析其接收红外调制信号的工作原理,最后总结了制作实际产品时所必须进行的操作及注意事项。

Infrared remote controller is composed of infrared transmitter and infrared receiver,the existing TV remote controller is adopted as the transmitter for control of the infrared receiver,and nine-grade digital speed control is thus realized.This paper first gives basic knowledge of the infrared technology,and then describes the construction of infrared preamplifier CX20106 and analyzes the realization of infrared signal receiver,including the principle of signal analysis and processing,then the circuit structure of infrared remote-control receiver and the principle of its receiving infrared modulation signal,finally summarizes the production of actual products and the necessary operation and relative matters.
