摘要
根据天线分系统的要求 ,经过反复实验和理论论证 ,设计了三层结构的抗静电复合膜(TO导电膜+Kapton +白色温控漆) ;为制备出符合天线性能要求的抗静电膜 ,首先根据透波材料的性能要求 ,导出1250MHz天线用抗静电膜 ,当厚度为20nm时 ,方阻范围为109~1011Ω/□ ;根据计算结果 ,制备出了109和1011Ω/□的抗静电膜样品。
According to the requirements of the antenna system,the suitable configurations of the antistatic film,the coating of the white paint on the inner surface of the Kapton and the conductive film on the outer surface of the Kapton have been developed.According to the performance requirements of material transparency for microwave and surface conductivity for static protection,a conclusion was drawn that the surface resistance of conductive film for the antenna with 1 250 MHz is in the range of 109~1011 ohms per square.
