多发性集簇性皮肤纤维瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，66岁，因全身丘疹、结节6年于2010年4月1日来我院就诊。患者4年前背部出现数个淡红色绿豆大丘疹、结市，质较硬，无明显自觉症状，以后皮损逐渐增多，肤色或淡褐色。2年前皮损出现轻度瘙痒，腰背部丘疹、结节增多，逐渐泛发至头皮、颈部、四肢等处，部分皮损融合，在多家医院诊治，外用糖皮质激素类、维A酸类药效果不明显。患者既往体健，家族中未发现类似疾病，且无其他遗传病史，
