摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome,ACS）是冠心病的危险阶段。其病理基础是在脆性斑块破裂或内皮损伤基础上造成的冠脉血栓性闭塞或冠脉严重狭窄[1]。研究表明炎症反应对斑块的形成和破裂起决定性的作用[2-4]。组织型纤溶酶原激活物（tissue type plasminogen activator,t-PA）是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,
