封闭负压吸引治疗小腿骨钢板外露并感染 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨封闭式负压吸引(VSD)在小腿骨折钢板固定术后皮肤或软组织缺损,骨钢板外露并感染的治疗作用。方法对21例有皮肤或软组织缺损并感染的小腿骨钢板外露患者采用清创封闭式持续负压吸引治疗后,在创面上行二期游离植皮或直接缝合伤口。结果21例患者创面肉芽生长新鲜,游离植皮或直接缝合后创面修复,经随访1年以上无感染复发及破溃。结论封闭式负压吸引能够促进创面的愈合,减少创面污染,是控制感染和治疗骨外露的有效方法。
