糖尿病肾病患者脂肪酸结合蛋白水平改变的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定糖尿病患者血清脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP)水平,分析糖尿病肾病患者FABP的变化。方法将51例糖尿病患者按照不同尿蛋白排泄率水平进行分组,15例非糖尿病为对照组,酶联免疫分析法测定FABP水平,分析FABP与体重指数(BMI)、血脂、空腹血糖(FBS)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)的关系。结果糖尿病肾病患者FABP升高,FABP与UAER、BMI、TG、FINS,HO-MA-IR呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关,FABP与TC、LDL、Scr、Ccr、GFR无相关性。高TG血症、高EFA血症、肥胖为FABP浓度增高的影响因素。结论FABP与肥胖、脂质代谢、胰岛素抵抗关系密切。并可能与糖尿病肾病进程及蛋白尿的发生存在关联。
