基于知识产权融资的安徽文化创意产业融资模式

On Anhui Cultural Creative Industry's Financing Mode Based on Intellectual Property Financing

安徽文化创意产业在安徽政府的高投入、高扶持下有了快速的发展,但是中小创意企业依然面临巨大的融资困境,这种财政主导型的融资模式不利于安徽文化创意产业的继续发展;政府应该为企业融资搭建平台,企业利用自身的创意、版权等知识产权融资才是明智之举。文章首次将知识产权融资引入到安徽文化创意产业中来,为其构建了以知识产权融资为主的融资模式,并针对安徽实际情况提出了对策和建议,为安徽文化创意产业的发展提供参考。

Anhui cultural creative industry is developing under a high speed benefiting from the government＇s supportive investment.However,small-and-medium sized creative enterprises are still undergoing enormous difficulties of financing.This governmental-financial-oriented financing mode goes badly with Anhui creative industry＇s sustainable development.Government should build up a financing platform to help these enterprises,meanwhile,enterprises should also make use of creativity,copyright and other intellectual property of their own.This paper newly introduces intellectual property financing to Anhui cultural creative industries,and builds up intellectual-property-based financing mode.Finally,according to Anhui＇s present circumstances,this paper brings up some suggestions,which will provide reference to Anhui cultural creative industry＇s development.
