摘要
吸收器是吸收式制冷机中的一个重要部件 ,其性能好坏对整机性能有重要影响。本文介绍了水平管外降膜吸收性能的实验研究结果。实验表明 ,传质系数随着喷淋密度的增加而增加 ,而传热系数只在小喷淋密度范围内随喷淋密度的增加而增加 ,在实验喷淋密度 0 .0 0 5- 0 .0 55kg/m .s范围内有一最佳喷淋密度 ,此时传热系数获得最大值。文章给出了传热系数与雷诺数、普朗特数的关系式 ,并用进口溶液浓度对传热系数进行了修正 ,该式可应用于LiBr-H2 0吸收式制冷机吸收器的设计。
An absorber is an important part of the absorption machines, including absorption refrigeration system,heat pump and absorption heat transformer. Its property determines the efficiency of the absorption machines.In this paper,the characteristics of a falling film absorber which contains 24 row horizontal tubes in the practical operation conditions has been studied.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient increase in the small spray density.There is an optimum spray density in the range of the spray density from 0.005 to 0.05(kg/s.m) at which the heat transfer coefficient is maximum.The heat transfer coefficient was expressed with Reynolds number and prandle number and resised by the inlet solution concentration. The results can be used to reference in designing practical absorption chiller, heat pump and heat transformer.
