摘要
盘式制动器由于散热性能和制动效能好等优点,被广泛应用于汽车行业中。利用大型AN-SYS有限元平台对汽车盘式制动器进行了应力应变场量数值分析,通过改变制动器设计参数(制动力、摩擦因数、制动片厚度)得到了设计参数与制动性能的影响关系,其结果可为汽车制动器设计提供一定的理论依据和参考。
Due to good cooling and braking performance, the disc brake is widely used in automotive industry. The numerical analysis of stress and strain field for automobile disc brake is carried out by using ANSYS finite element platform, the influence relationship of design parameters and braking performance is obtained by changing rameters of the brake (braking force, friction coefficient, brake pad thickness). A certain theoretical basis ence for the automotive brake designer is provided from the results.
